Buyback Program

Your Redeluxe piece keeps its value. For up to 6 months after delivery, we will buy it back from you for cash or store credit.

What you receive
Offers are a percentage of your original purchase price. Time is counted from your delivery date. Buyback is not available more than 6 months after delivery.

• 0 to 3 months: Cash 65%, Store credit 75%
• 4 to 6 months: Cash 60%, Store credit 70%

How it works

1. Contact us to request a buyback.
2. Send us the item.
3. We inspect and authenticate it when it arrives.
4. We confirm your final offer in cash or store credit.

Good to know

• Every offer is subject to inspection and authentication on receipt.
• Wear or damage beyond the item’s condition at the time of sale may change the offer.
• Items received through an exchange are eligible. Time is counted from your original delivery date.
• Missed the return window? You may still be eligible for buyback. See our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
• Redeluxe may decline any buyback that does not meet these conditions.
